- What is the Free plan for?
- Trying Remotle and showing it to your team. It has every feature for one user, up to 8 hours a week, without support.
- Per user or per workstation?
- Standard is billed either way. Per workstation suits shared workstations that different people use. Per user suits people who move between several workstations. Both allow one connection at a time.
- What does Enterprise add?
- Desktle, the tools to run the workstations themselves: image deployment, machines from templates, patching and application deployment. It runs in the cloud or on your own network, with a named engineer.
- What support is included?
- Standard includes email support. Enterprise includes a named engineer. The Free plan has no support.
- How does billing work?
- Standard is billed monthly. Enterprise is billed annually, for at least 100 users or workstations, then in packs of 25. Both in the currency you choose above the plans. Prices exclude VAT or local sales tax, which is added based on your location.
- What does the Remotle device cost?
- £400 per device, excluding VAT. Or use kiosk mode on a Windows PC or Mac you already have, at no extra cost.
- What hardware do I need?
- Windows workstations with NVIDIA graphics for the people connecting. Remotle runs on hardware you already have.
